Hi, I am Vlad Hrybok, a software engineer and the founder of UltiDev LLC during the day, and a man of many hobbies after hours. I live in Atlanta, GA. My main areas of professional interests currently include large-scale distributed applications, web services security, and digital home technologies. I started my software engineering career in 1991 with programming in C++. I authored an award-winning 2D CAD system in 1993-1997, and developed many business applications since 1998. Along the way I used most of the existing software technologies available for MS Windows, including acquiring knowledge in COM/ATL so deep that it would make Don Box tearfully proud. These days I use MS Visual Studio and .NET Framework as my primary development tools and thoroughly enjoy the experience.

When I am not programming, I am traveling, scuba-diving, skiing, editing digital videos, reading, playing piano and guitar, thinking and dancing argentine tango. (I happily share hobbies on the non-extreme side of things with my lovely wife Lena). Thank you for visiting our page!
